EU4Moldova Local communities – economic and skills development

Project Description

The "EU4Moldova: Local Communities" project, backed by the European Union, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Austrian Development Agency, and Polish aid, aims to enhance the quality of life and tackle the economic and social impacts of COVID-19 in chosen Moldovan communities, promoting their long-term resilience.

Project Objectives

The main objectives are to improve the quality of local public services and enhance access to social, economic, and technical infrastructure for men and women in selected communities. Additionally, the project aims to boost business and job opportunities, promote community-led development, create a supportive environment for implementing the National LEADER Program (NLP), and strengthen the operational capacities of Local Action Groups (LAGs) and the National LEADER Network (NLN).
